Registration Fees

Registration fees are expressed in Euro. Early bird rates apply if paid by June 23, 2025.

The registration fees include VAT. Please note that all delegates are required to pay the Italy VAT (22%) on the registration fee. If you are from an EU country, please kindly contact your tax authority for more information about VAT refunds.

Registration fees include:

Conference documentation, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception and transportation to the Conference venue.

Speakers are required to finalize their registration before 23 June 2025 in order to get the presentation included in the Conference Programme.

Student registration: Student rate attendees must send by e-mail to the Conference Secretariat, a letter from their Department Head/Chair, or Coordinator of the PhD Programme, stating that the attendee is a full time student. The student must also send the proof of being a member of SIMAI for the year 2025. Please, check on the SIMAI website www.simai.eu the last date for registering to SIMAI. Students not SIMAI Member should pay the standard fee.

Gala dinner: for organizational purposes dinner ticket must be purchased before July 1st 2025.

Payment Confirmation Notifications will be sent to your email address, once your payment is processed successfully.

Refund Policy: Non-author registrants who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will receive a refund on their registration fee with a cancellation fee of 120 Euro if the refund request is received in writing before July 1st, 2025. Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., NO Refund will be made). There will be no refund to the author registrants.
